Many gifted and talented students struggle with anxiety due to demanding courses and expectations for excellence in achievement. This session offers ways for counselors and educators to address anxiety, stress the importance of integrating social emotional learning into curricula, and raise awareness regarding best practices that can be used to help students reduce their anxiety to enhance student wellness and success.
